We are so excited that you will be joining us for in person services at The Experience Church. We want you to know that it has been preparing and planning for this very moment for quite some time. Your safety is our highest priority as we want you to be able to experience all that God has for you in a distraction free way. So don't worry; we took care of all of it for you! We are sure you may have some questions, so take a look below at what we have been preparing for you!
YOU CAN PICK ONE OF TWO SERVICES:
9:30AM or 11:30AM
We will be reopening in phases. Below you will find details for phase 1.
Before attending weekend services:
*We will have 2 services at the times of 9:30 and 11:30. As these services fill, we will add additional service times.
*We will be practicing social distancing throughout the entire experience from the street to your seat and back again after the service.
*Throughout phase 1 TE Kids will be held through online programming only. There will be no in person attendance to TE Kids.
*Families with children 6 years old and above will have the option to bring children of aforementioned age (6 years old and above) to auditorium service with them.
*We will have auditorium seating according to social distancing guidelines that will be at a lesser capacity for each service.
*When planning to attend, please register for you and your family to attend.
*We want everyone to have the opportunity to register and attend. Families are to register for only one service.
*Masks are not required but recommended for indoor gatherings of over 10 persons. If you do not have a mask, TE Church will have one available for you to use.
*If you are not feeling well, have a cold, have a fever, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or are a part of an identified vulnerable population, you are able to enjoy TE Church at our online campus through Facebook Live.
*Our building will be sanitized before and after each set of arrivals to ensure the safety of all who wish to attend TE Church.
When you arrive on the weekend:
*The building will be open beginning 30 minutes before service.
*When parking, the TE Church parking team members will direct you from your car to the front doors.
*The atrium will not be a gathering place for the time being. Once you enter the building, you will be directed right to the auditorium.
*Before entering the auditorium we ask that everyone in your family sanitize their hands at one of our sanitizing stations. Since the pump is the new high 5, there will be a hospitality team member who will dispense hand sanitizer for you.
*Once entering the auditorium, families will be seated together and socially distanced between other families and attendees.
Things to remember:
*Registration is necessary for each weekend that you plan to attend.
*If registration is full before you have secured your reservation, our online campus through Facebook Live will still be available for you.
*Stay connected through social media so that you will have access to the most up to date information about our come back strategy and where we are in the phasing process.
*Offering will be taken online and through giving stations set up in the atrium.
